Morocco: Customs and politeness
Don't forget to greet when you enter a place of a Salam aleikoum (hello). Show respect, especially for seniors and women.
Avoid, in rural areas, tight-fitting or very low-cut clothing, short skirts for women and shorts for men. Even if Moroccans are used to tourists, an outfit of this type can shock.
Even if some aspects of the country annoy you, do not proclaim it too loudly, you may offend your interlocutor. Don't criticize the royal family. The person of the king is sacred and inviolable.
